What devices are compatible with ARViewz?

ARViewz is compatible with both iOS and Android.

Supported devices: iPhone 6s and later, iPad 5th generation and later running iOS 12 or later, and Android devices running Android 8.0 or later with supported 1.9 ARCore.

What is web AR?

Web AR (Web-based Augmented Reality) is a technology that allows users to experience augmented reality content directly from a web browser, without the need to download a dedicated app. With Web AR, users can view and interact with 3D models, animations, and other digital content that is overlaid onto the real world. Web AR is powered by a combination of web technologies, such as WebGL, WebRTC, and WebVR, and it can be accessed from a wide range of devices, including smartphones, tablets, and desktop computers.

Can I delete or replace a product with a new one?

Yes, you can replace the product whenever you want without any additional charges.

I want to create a 3D model of a complex object.

Why is web AR better than traditional visualizers?

Web AR offers several advantages over traditional visualizers and AR applications. These include ease of access, as there is no need to download a separate app, and the ability to instantly open the device camera to view the product in real-time. Additionally, web AR content can be easily shared since it is accessible through a web browser.

How do I use AR Viewz?

We have simplified augmented reality for you. All you need is a single top view image of your rug, carpet, tile, artwork, wall covering pattern, floor tile, or paint. Once you upload the photo, you can customize the size and pattern or choose a frame for your artwork. Simply hit generate, and you will get the AR experience of your product.

Can I use AR Viewz on my website and application simultaneously?

Yes, for each AR experience of your product that you create, you will receive a dedicated iFrame that you can embed anywhere you want. Additionally, you will have a dedicated URL for your product model viewer and a branded QR code.

Can I change the logo in the QR code?

Yes, you can change the logo in the QR code if you are a subscriber.

Are the dimensions accurate in AR?

The accuracy of dimensions in AR depends on the devices used to open the AR content. For example, newer iPhones with LiDAR technology have the ability to measure the surrounding area, providing more accurate dimensions.
